El Legado” (“The Legacy”) was the guiding theme behind the concept of the fourth edition of Residences Day at Tulum Country Club.
It was a day in which real estate advisors, investors, residents, and homeowners enjoyed the presentation of the new projects within this development.
More than 1,200 guests gathered at this spectacular event and had the opportunity to tour the development, the PGA Riviera Maya golf course, and the Kay Beach Club. They learned about several ongoing projects, including the transformation of the Clubhouse into La Plaza, the first phase of The Club, Market Square, and the Administration and Security Center (CAS). In addition, the opening of the new German International School of the Riviera Maya was announced, welcoming its first generation in the 2023–2024 academic year, as well as the creation of Central Park, a vast green space surrounded by cenotes, walking trails, and lagoons.
Tulum Country Club also revealed its commitment to innovation by presenting the “Lagos Residencial” project and announcing the upcoming launch of “Hélices,” a boutique development with direct access to Central Park.
Residences Day is an annual celebration that reflects the ongoing desire to continue growing as a community and to consolidate its position as one of the finest residential developments in the Tulum destination.
