“El Legado” (“The Legacy”) was the central theme of the fourth edition of Residences Day at Tulum Country Club.
Throughout the event, real estate advisors, investors, residents, and homeowners came together. They also enjoyed the presentation of new projects within the development.
More than 1,200 guests attended this spectacular gathering. In addition, they toured key areas of the community, including the PGA Riviera Maya golf course and Kay Beach Club.
Attendees discovered several ongoing developments. These included the transformation of the Clubhouse into La Plaza, the first phase of The Club, Market Square, and the new Administration and Security Center (CAS).
Moreover, the opening of the German International School of the Riviera Maya was announced. It will welcome its first students in the 2023–2024 academic year. At the same time, the development of Central Park was revealed. This large green space will feature cenotes, walking trails, and lagoons.
Tulum Country Club also highlighted its commitment to innovation. For instance, it presented the “Lagos Residencial” project. It also announced the upcoming launch of “Hélices” a boutique development with direct access to Central Park.
Residences Day is an annual celebration. It reflects the community’s ongoing growth and ambition. Therefore, it strengthens its position as one of the leading residential developments in Tulum.
