The first Summit 2023 of the Real Estate Division of Grupo Piñero, called “ReconoceR,” took place in Tulum Country Club and the Bahia Principe complex, Riviera Maya. The event brought together representatives from different areas and destinations, promoting coexistence and interaction.
The experience began with an “ice breaker” dinner at the Tequila restaurant, where participants enjoyed Mexican dishes. Jaime Sitjar, COO of the Real Estate Division, welcomed the meeting, highlighting the importance of the meeting.
During the presentation, achievements for 2023 were shared and ambitious projects for Tulum Country Club, Playa Nueva Romana and Jamaica were announced. A tour of the Residencial showed impressive growth, backed by sales results that exceeded expectations.
The day concluded with a dinner at Jool Bolom, showing the integration of the participants. On Tuesday, workshops and work tables by areas encouraged the exchange of experiences. Each group identified “best practices” and areas of opportunity, strengthening collaboration.
Jaime Sitjar and Álvaro Moya closed the event, highlighting learnings and synergies. They committed to repeat the activity in 2024 in the Dominican Republic A meal at Kay Beach Club closed the meeting with tuna tostadas and ceviches in front of the Caribbean Sea.
